Collection notes
The pricing table has one row per plan and volume: Pro 50,000 and 100,000, Scale 100,000 to 2,500,000. Pro and Scale 100,000 are separate offers. Enterprise, the marketing plans and the add-ons other than dedicated IPs are not modelled. Plans are monthly only.

Region selection controls where your emails are routed and sent from . It does not control where customer data is stored.
All account data, including email metadata, logs, and API records, is stored in the United States regardless of the sending region you select.
Four sending regions are offered (including Ireland), but the account data stays in the US; the sentence says so explicitly.
