Collection notes
Amazon Polly is billed by use, per million characters, with a rate per voice engine; the four engines (Standard, Neural, Long-Form, Generative) are the plans here. The AWS GovCloud (US) region has its own rates and is not modelled. Free tier: the Standard sentence gives 5 million characters a month and does not limit it to the first 12 months; the other three say "for the first 12 months", which is not a recurring monthly allowance. New AWS customers also get up to $200 of AWS Free Tier credits, which are not modelled. No Polly-specific MCP server page and no API-key authentication page were found (Polly uses AWS IAM credentials).

Amazon Polly provides a StartSpeechSynthesisStream operation that establishes an HTTP/2 connection with bidirectional communication between your application and the service.
