Collection notes
Pay as you go only. tts-1 and tts-1-hd are priced per million characters and are the two plans recorded. gpt-4o-mini-tts is priced per million tokens (text input and audio output) and the pages give no characters-per-token conversion, so it is not modelled. The deprecations page lists tts-1, tts-1-hd and the gpt-4o-mini-tts snapshots with a shutdown date of Jan 6, 2027. The MCP server is the documentation MCP server: it searches and reads the developer docs and has no text-to-speech tools.
