Collection notes
Pay as you go, billed per page: the PDF endpoint (POST v3/pdf) is $0.005 a page ($5 per 1,000 pages, $0.0035 beyond one million pages a month). The Files API for asynchronous bulk processing is $0.0015 a page ($1.50 per 1,000 pages); batch_discount is recorded because the bulk Files API is priced below the real-time API, which is a lower price for asynchronous bulk jobs, not a stated batch discount, and the cost and budget verdicts use the $0.005 list price. A one-time $19.99 setup fee activates the first API key, and a $29 credit is applied to the account for testing; neither is counted in the monthly cost. Volume tiers reset each calendar month.
