Collection notes
Plans are the six subscription columns of the API pricing table (Free and Pay as you go share the first column). The table row for the v4 model is recorded: the characters included are for that model, and other models give other amounts. The page does not say the per-1,000 price in a column is the rate beyond the included amount, so the price beyond the plan is not recorded. The first-month promotions are ignored. The hosted MCP server is for managing ElevenLabs agents; the page does not say it has text-to-speech tools.
