Only the Starter plan is modelled: it has no monthly fee and no included characters, and the page prices it by use ($0.03 per 1,000 characters for the Mist v3 model, $0.05 for Coda; the intro document states Starter as $0.05). Enterprise is custom. The pages disagree on the size of the free allowance of a new account (about 800 minutes on the pricing page, 3,000 minutes on the intro document) and do not say it renews, so it is not recorded.
