The AWS GovCloud (US) region has its own rates and is not modelled. Free tier: the Standard sentence gives 5 million characters a month and does not limit it to the first 12 months; the other three say "for the first 12 months", which is not a recurring monthly allowance. New AWS customers also get up to $200 of AWS Free Tier credits, which are not modelled.
