Recorded for the product or the provider; a plan-level value or a listed exception replaces it.

## Collection notes

The rate table of the pricing page is filled by script, so the rates are read from the pricing-example sentences for US West (Oregon): $0.0015 a page for Detect Document Text ($1.50 per 1,000 pages) and $0.015 a page for pages with tables ($15 per 1,000 pages); both fall for pages beyond one million a month ($0.0006 and $0.01), which is not recorded, so a cost above one million pages is an upper bound. Pages with forms ($0.05 a page) are not recorded as an offer. Other regions are not read. The free tier lasts three months for new AWS customers. Authentication is AWS IAM credentials, not an API key.
